About Our Church Ministries


HonorBound Men:  Men together for accountability, prayer, and fellowship.  Bible Studies  Currently studying "Six Rules Every Man Must Break". Rib Sales are quarterly for missions outreaches and to help the local church.  Led by Ed Kennedy and John Dallas

Women's Ministries:  Women sharing, caring, loving each other, serving,  and in outreach.    Monthly meeting is the last Monday of each month.   Women's Ministries Committee consists of Bea Kelly, Connie McMillen, Linda Williams, Darlene Grimm, Patty Woods and Juree Ping

Youth  "DAVID":  Pastor Ed and Missy Kennedy lead the youth on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m.  Their goals are maturing in their Christian faith; respect for others; understand and practice the power of prayer;  see the need and be involved in praise and worship; become a support group for each other. Also, Sat at 5 pm


Mpact Girls' Ministries:  Rainbows, Daisies, Prims, Stars, and Girls Only clubs meet Wednesday  at 7:00 p.m. Girls  are taught and learn the Word of God , pray together, meet new friends, have fun, and participate in earning badges and awards. Have overnighters, parties, and go to camp yearly.  "Miss Equip" is their missions project yearly. 

ROYAL RANGERS: Led by Brian McCumbers; along with Bill Gross, Mike Grimm, Darlene Grimm and Scott Sparks.  Boys age kindergarten and up through high school.

Young At Heart:  The second Thursday of each month, the Young At Heart--those 50 years and up gather together at 6:00 p.m. Many varieties of meetings.


Sunday School: Come join in!  9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings.   Great Teaching from the Word of God  Adult Teacher and Coffee Class for adults. Classes for all ages from Preschool to Teen. Director is  Katrina Woods.

Praise Team:  Led by Worship Leader Bill Gross.  Their purpose is to lead the congregation into worship weekly.  Practices are Sunday and Wed. evenings  8:15 p.m.

Serving Hands is a food giveawy cosponsored every 2nd Saturday of month and held at Maranatha Church of God

Clothing Giveaway held bi-monthly and led by Lynn Perrine

Funeral and Hospital Dinners as needed
